Mr Koo was appointed to the Board on 25 May 2011. He graduated from University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accountancy. He is members of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (United Kingdom) respectively. He started his career as an audit assistant at PricewaterhouseCooper (Malaysia), Kota Kinabalu in 1997. He was made a Senior Associate in 2000 and held the position for 3 years. He joined MAXLAND as an Accountant in 2003 and subsequently he was promoted as the Group Accountant overseeing the financial management of MAXLAND. His other job function also covers the overall management of the operations of the MAXLAND. Subsequently, he was re-designated as Head of Corporate Finance of the MAXLAND on 1 March 2024. Currently, Mr Koo is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Bertam Alliance Berhad.

Mr Liew is the Factory Manager of Sinora Sdn Bhd. He has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the industry and has been with the Group since 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from University Malaysia Sabah.

Encik Albert is the Senior Forest Manager of Maxland Timber Sdn Bhd. He has more than 47 years of experience in the industry.
